Meet the Founder
Vasilios (also known as Mr. Billy) is the founder of PROMOMAX and the person behind EnjoyCorfu.com. He studied Tourism in Athens and has many years of hands-on experience in the tourism industry.
Before moving into digital services, Vasilios worked for several years as a hotel receptionist in large hotels in Greece and across Europe. This experience gave him a deep understanding of travelers’ needs, expectations, and the importance of genuine hospitality.
After his hotel career, he joined one of the first companies in Corfu offering web design, SEO, hosting, and digital marketing services. During this time, he attended multiple seminars, earned a Sales & Marketing diploma, and completed specialized training in travel agency management.
With a strong background in tourism and digital marketing, he eventually decided to create his own company, focusing on web design, digital marketing, and online advertising for travel-related businesses and beyond.
Travel is not just part of his work—it’s his passion. Vasilios has traveled to more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Indonesia. His favorite destinations include Thailand and Singapore, places that inspire his approach to travel, culture, and digital storytelling.
When he’s not working, he enjoys reading books, spending time by the sea, watching documentaries, playing Pickleball, and—most importantly—meeting new people and learning from different cultures.
