Meet the Founder
Vasilios, also known as Mr. Billy, is the founder of PROMOMAX and the person behind EnjoyCorfu.com.
He studied Tourism in Athens and has many years of hands-on experience in the tourism industry. Before moving into digital services, Vasilios worked for several years as a hotel receptionist at major hotels in Greece and elsewhere in Europe.
This experience gave him a deep understanding of travelers’ needs and expectations, as well as the importance of genuine hospitality.
After his hotel career, he joined one of the first companies in Corfu to offer web design, SEO, hosting, and digital marketing services. During this time, he attended several professional seminars, earned a Sales & Marketing diploma, and completed specialized training in travel agency management.
With a strong background in tourism, sales, and digital marketing, he eventually decided to establish his own company, focusing on web design, online advertising, digital marketing, and promotional services for tourism businesses and other companies.
Travel is not simply part of his work — it is also his passion. Vasilios has visited more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa. His favorite destinations include Thailand and Singapore, places that continue to inspire his approach to travel, culture, and digital storytelling.
When he is not working, he enjoys reading, spending time by the sea, watching documentaries, playing pickleball, and, most importantly, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.
