The people of Corfu have a deeply rooted religious tradition, and the island’s most important celebrations are closely connected to Christ, the Virgin Mary, the Holy Spirit, and Saint Spyridon, the patron saint of Corfu. Throughout the year, especially during the summer months, villages across the island host traditional feasts, religious festivals, and cultural celebrations that bring together locals and visitors alike.

Below are some of the most notable summer festivals and religious events taking place in Corfu from June to September, along with their approximate distance and driving time from Corfu Town.
