Navagio, also known as Shipwreck Beach, is one of Greece’s most photographed locations.
However, visitors should remember that the towering cliffs surrounding the beach occasionally experience rockfalls. Several sections have been temporarily closed in recent years due to safety concerns.
Strong waves and difficult landing conditions for boats can also create additional risks.
