18Newer Aircraft Use Less Fuel Per Passenger
Ryanair’s Boeing 737-8200 “Gamechanger” aircraft carry up to 197 passengers while the airline says they use approximately 16% less fuel and produce around 40% less noise than the older aircraft they replace.
This benefits the airline through lower fuel costs while also reducing fuel use and emissions per passenger seat.
