14Cabin Crew Have Faced Sales Targets
Documents and employee accounts reported in 2017 described cabin crew being measured against targets for food, drinks, perfume and scratchcard sales.
Some workers claimed that employees who failed to meet the targets could face disciplinary warnings, less convenient shifts or possible transfers to another base.
These are historical employee and union allegations and should not automatically be presented as Ryanair’s current policy in every country. Employment conditions may differ between bases, agencies and collective agreements.
