7Arrive at Popular Beaches Before 10:00 am
Paleokastritsa, Glyfada, Barbati, Porto Timoni, Canal d’Amour and other famous beaches can become extremely crowded during August.
Parking areas may fill early, access roads can become congested and visitors arriving around midday may spend a long time searching for somewhere to leave their car.
Try to arrive before 10:00 am or visit later in the afternoon, when some day visitors begin to leave.
Always park responsibly. Do not block narrow roads, private entrances, emergency access points or other vehicles.
