Sunbed prices vary significantly around Corfu. Some businesses charge a modest fixed amount, others include the sunbeds with a minimum food or drink purchase, and more fashionable beach clubs may charge considerably more.
Visitors occasionally sit down without asking about the price and only discover the full cost later. Prices can also change depending on the row, the type of bed or the time of year.
How to improve the experience: Before using a sunbed, ask for the total price for two people and whether minimum consumption is required. Check whether towels, parking or other facilities are included. Do not assume that ordering drinks automatically makes the sunbeds free.
All beaches in Greece include public areas, so you can bring your own towel or umbrella where space and local conditions allow. You are paying for the equipment and service, not for ownership of the beach itself.
